Important Notice for Customized/Engraved Porcelain

Thank you for choosing CarvedWare handmade customized porcelain. Due to the unique nature of these products, please read the following policy carefully before placing your order:

  1. Order Cancellation Policy:

    • Once you submit your order and complete the payment, it is considered as your confirmation of the custom design. We will immediately arrange for our artisans to commence the production process.

    • Therefore, all paid orders for customized products cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for any reason. Please understand that these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

  2. Return & Exchange Policy:

    • Customized engraved porcelain does NOT qualify for "No Reason" returns or exchanges.

    • We guarantee a strict quality check before shipment. Returns or exchanges will ONLY be accepted under the following scenarios, which are due to our fault:

      • The product arrived broken or damaged (an unboxing video is required as evidence).

      • The received product has a severe and obvious craftsmanship deviation from the confirmed design mock-up (excluding reasonable variations in color, texture, etc., inherent to natural materials).

      • We sent a completely wrong product model.

  3. Issue Resolution Process:

    • If you claim to have received a defective product, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing clear photos and/or an unedited unboxing video as evidence.

    • We will investigate and respond to you within 1-3 business days after receiving the evidence. Once confirmed to be our responsibility, we will offer a free remake or a full refund.


Q - What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Just send us an email at support@carvedware.com with your order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason why it didn't work out for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping steps, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges/processing fees. You will be responsible for return / exchange shipping fee and any other custom duties for returning / exchanging the product, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. There is no restocking fee for returned order.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the order, or any other mistake on your part, we will charge you a shipping fee before resending or refunding the order.

Carvedward can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (www.carvedward.com).

Q - Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q - Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to customer mishandling, or are not in their original packaging.

Refund Policy

Q - How long does it take to receive the refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will initiate the refund process within two business days of receiving a customer's return request or the returned items. After we processes the refund, the time it takes for the customer to receive the funds typically ranges from 1 to 14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
